A trivia night held in May at the Rugby Club was fiercely contested by 13 teams (with 8 players per table). There was only a point between each of the first three teams – “Lucky Sevens” (aka Lazard and friends) took first place, just surpassing “POPA” (AMP Capital), who in turn narrowly defeated “I Can’t Think of A Funny Name” (Perpetual). The evening was compared by Jim Savage, who did an outstanding job. It’s easy to tell why Jim is involved in Marketing.
“What is Chris Corrigan’s middle name?” had an almost unanimous response of “Patrick”, indicating the type of crowd that attended. “Darcy” was the correct answer.
Special thanks to our sponsors - UBS - first place (engraved beer mugs and Westfield vouchers), FactSet (Westfield Vouchers), Elixr (gym passes) and Brokenwood (wine). The Sofitel-Wentworth Hotel donated one night’s accommodation conducted by way of business card draw. This was won by Nicole Aubrey.
